OUR PHILOSOPHY

Wild animals enrich our lives in so many ways. They are spectacular to behold and provide a calming diversion to our hectic lives. They balance our ecosystem...they pollinate, disperse seeds, enrich soil and control insects. As our wildlife is lost, our quality of life diminishes. Although humans pose the greatest threat to our precious wildlife, we also hold the key to their survival.

AAWR is committed to assisting all wildlife in need, no matter the species.
AAWR respects and appreciates each member of the public who takes the time to contact us and each volunteer who offers their time or money to help animals in need, and we pledge to treat all with courtesy and respect.
